The excellent performances of PTFE cannot always fulfill the customers’ expectations, due to its high thermal expansion, its low abrasion resistance and thermal and electrical conductivity, most of these properties can be selectively modified and improved by mixing PTFE with organic and/or inorganic fillers.
Thanks to its own compounding unit, Dechengwang has an extensive experience not only in the compound of PTFE with standard fillers such as glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze and molybdenum disulphide, but also in the development of new high performance PTFE Compounds grades thanks to special fillers such as PEEK, PI, carbon fiber.
